1. Publisher and contact
VaskLogg is an app under the Kot Maurycy brand. Publisher and supplier: driwa.pl Łukasz Driwa, ul. Maurycego Beniowskiego 4A, lok. 9, 80-388 Gdańsk, Polska, NIP 5842685188, CEIDG, tel. +48 505 369 535. Support, complaints and privacy matters: app@kotmaurycy.pl. The previous address, kontakt@kotmaurycy.pl, remains active for users of earlier versions.
Apple's standard end-user licence agreement (Standard EULA) governs the licence for the app downloaded from the App Store. These terms supplement the information about VaskLogg and the publisher's obligations; they do not replace the licence or restrict rights that cannot be excluded by agreement. Purchases and billing are also subject to the applicable Apple Media Services terms. The seller for a particular transaction is identified at purchase or on Apple's confirmation. This does not exclude statutory claims against the responsible publisher or the appropriate Apple entity.
This document is available free of charge and you can retain its content. Consumer protection or similar protection for a person acting in business depends on the actual purpose of the contract and the applicable law. Purchasing for a business or providing a Polish tax identification number (NIP) does not by itself determine that such protection is lost.
2. What the app does
VaskLogg helps plan and document work and prepare reports. It requires a compatible iPhone with iOS 17 or later and available storage. The core archive works offline. Purchases, restoring access and selected Apple or sharing services need a connection and the relevant service accounts. We are not a party to the cleaning contract, an employer or a payment intermediary for the cleaning service.
Supporting accounting records
Statements, spreadsheets and working-time entries are supporting records. They do not replace compliant bookkeeping, invoices, credit notes, payroll, payslips or complete statutory time records. VaskLogg does not calculate or submit taxes, contributions, PAYE, RTI, KSeF, Making Tax Digital, RUT or servicefradrag. Enter confirmed payroll and invoicing figures from the relevant systems. Check records and recipients before sharing. A chosen country profile does not establish tax residence, registration duties or entitlement to relief. Manual statement corrections preserve the app's earlier version; edits to an exported file do not update app records.
3. Free and Pro
Free lets you save up to 10 of your own jobs per month, based on the scheduled date. Cancelled jobs and jobs received from others do not count towards this limit. Clients, before-and-after photos, the standard PDF report, basic time and client amounts, photo export and a full local backup are free. Pro adds your own jobs without a plan limit, recurring schedules, three extra report templates with colour options and your logo, custom work templates, local staff scheduling and settlements, detailed summaries and new PDF, Excel and CSV exports. Pro also lets you send jobs and review returned work using files. Monthly and annual subscriptions include the same Pro features. New lifetime purchases are no longer offered; previously acquired local Pro access can be restored. When a subscription expires, you keep your archive, corrections to saved work and settlements, standard reports and backups. Saved Pro reports can still be opened and shared. New jobs you create are subject to the Free limit, and new use of Pro features requires active access. Device storage and file safety limits apply to every plan.
4. Purchases, renewal and cancellation
Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Before you confirm a purchase, Apple displays the price, billing period and any trial and its conditions. You confirm payment or the start of a trial in Apple's purchase window. Trials are available only to eligible accounts; afterwards, the price shown before purchase applies. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. To avoid another charge through Apple's standard process, turn off renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the current period or trial ends. This technical recommendation does not restrict statutory rights to end the contract. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. You can restore purchases using the appropriate Apple Account.
Cancelling the next renewal, withdrawing from a purchase and making a complaint about non-conformity are separate rights. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com. You can also contact the publisher about how VaskLogg works or send notices exercising your statutory rights; you do not have to exhaust Apple's discretionary procedure first unless the law requires it.
A consumer entering into a distance contract generally has 14 days from the date the contract is concluded to withdraw, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions. For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, losing this right requires all conditions under the applicable law to be met, including prior express consent to begin supply, information about the loss of the right, acknowledgement of that loss and the required confirmation. The type of supply matters; merely downloading, installing or opening the app does not waive the right. This document does not automatically grant a new withdrawal period at every renewal or exclude rights that the applicable law provides on renewal.
We do not retrospectively increase the price of a paid period. These terms do not give the publisher a right to make arbitrary unilateral price increases under an existing contract. New purchases may be offered at a different price. Any change to a renewal price requires a separate lawful basis, the required information and consent where required, and preservation of the applicable right to end the subscription before the change.
The annual plan is paid in advance for the stated period; it is not a commitment to make twelve consecutive monthly payments. Turning off renewal in Apple's settings prevents the next renewal. This does not restrict statutory rights to end the contract early, withdraw, make a complaint or receive a refund where due. Applicable consumer rights under Norway's digitalytelsesloven are preserved, including rights concerning future supplies and required reminders. We do not make the annual plan unconditionally non-refundable.
5. Your content and client data
You retain rights to your content and do not license it to the publisher for advertising. You are responsible for permission to record and share content, its accuracy and selecting the correct recipient. When working for a business, follow its instructions and data protection rules. The business must establish a lawful basis, information for clients and workers, and retention periods. Document surfaces and work results; avoid people, documents, alarms and unnecessary access codes. Portfolio or social media publication is a separate purpose — exporting photos does not automatically grant publication rights. Do not use the app for covert monitoring or unlawful content.
6. Assigning and reviewing work
Collaboration uses files or messages, without a shared server or live sync. The owner checks the recipient, scope, time and instructions before sending, and the completed work before reporting to the client. Workers do not need Pro to handle a received file. Someone without the app receives an ordinary message; the owner records the result and photos after their reply. Changes and cancellations must be communicated separately. The app does not guarantee receipt, acceptance of work or deletion of the recipient’s copy. It does not replace contracts, safety instruction or agreements with clients and the team.
Scheduling and approving hours
Availability, planned shifts and actual work time are separate records. A schedule does not calculate pay, supplements or overtime. The owner reviews hours and reports before approving them. Availability or no reply does not mean work has been accepted. Changes and cancellations must be agreed and communicated; pressing a button does not remove contractual or legal obligations. App guidance uses the entered data and selected profile. It does not cover every exception, collective agreement, other employer, regional holiday or record-keeping and retention duty. Applicable company rules and settlements must be established separately. Receiving schedules and replying in the app are free. Saved arrangements can still be corrected and shared after Pro expires; new shifts and periods require Pro.
7. Backups and safe use
Protect your iPhone with a passcode and keep checked backups. Automatic saving does not replace a backup against device failure, loss or app deletion. New full backups are encrypted with a password. Keep it in a password manager or another safe place; we do not store it and cannot recover it. Older backups without passwords can still be restored. “Backup prepared” means the file was created, not that your chosen service saved it. Check that it was saved. Reports and other exports have no separate password or remote access revocation. Choose trusted recipients. Do not send a full backup to a client instead of a report.
8. Reports and standards
Reports reflect entered tasks, notes, dates and photos. They are not independent verification, a qualified timestamp, an official record or a deposit-return guarantee. Work time can be corrected and does not replace legally required working-time records. Check reports before sending. Country guidance and checklists support work but do not mean certification or a full audit under NS-INSTA 800, SS-INSTA 800 or DS/INSTA 800. Contract, safety, employment and quality requirements must be established for the country and job. Financial statements are supporting records. They do not issue invoices, calculate taxes, contributions or net pay, or replace accounting or payroll software. You enter amounts and rates yourself. Check the export with your accountant.
9. Allocation of responsibility
The publisher is responsible for VaskLogg under the applicable law and licence agreement. The user or business is responsible for carrying out the cleaning work, its own contracts with customers, the accuracy of data entered and the lawful use of materials. A report does not guarantee acceptance by a customer or a particular outcome in a dispute. When assessing damage, its actual cause and the legally required causal link to the responsible party's act or omission are taken into account.
Using an independent transmission service, a user error or the absence of a backup does not automatically make the publisher responsible for every consequence. However, these circumstances do not release the publisher from liability under the applicable law, particularly for its own product or for people for whom it is legally responsible. Taking reasonable steps to secure the phone and make backups helps reduce the risk of data loss; it does not replace rights relating to the app's conformity with the contract.
The limitations and exclusions of liability in the Standard EULA apply only to the extent that they are effective under the applicable law. These terms do not create an additional guarantee of business results. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory rights concerning non-conformity and data protection, and liability for intentionally caused damage. Rights concerning personal injury and damage to a device or other digital content are also preserved to the extent required by the applicable law.
10. Support, complaints and withdrawal
You can make a complaint about how VaskLogg works by emailing the publisher or writing to its postal address given at the beginning of this document. Describe the problem and the solution you are seeking. The app version and, for a purchase-related matter, the Apple order number may help us investigate. We do not require a card number, a complete customer database or unnecessary third-party data. If we need additional information necessary to consider the matter, we will explain what information is needed.
We consider the complaint and provide a response within 14 days of receiving it, by email or on another appropriate durable medium. This is a response deadline, not a promise to fix every error within 14 days. It does not shorten statutory periods or restrict the consequences that the law attaches to a failure to respond.
If digital content or a digital service does not conform to the contract, you retain the remedies provided by the applicable law: in particular, the right to have it brought into conformity without charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, and, where the statutory conditions are met, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. If the content or service has not been supplied, the applicable statutory remedies for failure to supply remain available. Apple's procedure does not replace these rights or constitute a mandatory first step.
Where you have a right to withdraw, you can send your withdrawal notice to the publisher's contact details. A clear statement of your decision is sufficient; an optional template is: 'I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of VaskLogg Pro concluded on…, order…, full name…, contact details…, date…'. You do not have to use this template. Your rights and the applicable period are determined by the applicable law; we do not make them dependent on our discretionary acceptance of a complaint.
For a cross-border dispute, you can seek help from the appropriate consumer protection organisation or authority. In countries covered by the European Consumer Centres Network, the relevant centre may help within its remit. This does not require mediation or restrict access to a court. The publisher's participation in a particular out-of-court procedure depends on the applicable law or a separate commitment.
11. Law and local protections
Polish law applies to these supplementary terms. If you are a consumer or a person entitled to similar protection, this choice does not deprive you of rights under provisions that cannot be derogated from by agreement and would apply without this choice, particularly the mandatory protection of your country of habitual residence where the conditions for its application are met. This also applies to users in Norway or the United Kingdom where the applicable legislation grants them such protection.
Court jurisdiction is determined by the applicable law. We do not require a consumer to use Polish courts exclusively or take away access to a court available under protective rules. This choice of law concerns these terms and does not change the applicable provisions of the Standard EULA or the agreement with Apple.
The app language, country of work and report profile do not by themselves determine the applicable law, tax residence or whether the user's activities comply with local legislation.
12. Updates and ending use
You can stop using and delete the app. First retain the data you need and separately cancel subscription renewal; this does not restrict other statutory ways to end the contract or rights to a refund.
We provide and make available updates, including security updates, required to maintain conformity with the contract for the period required by the applicable law. For continuous supply, this covers the required supply period; for a one-off supply, it covers the period that can reasonably be expected in view of the product, contract and circumstances. We inform you about available updates and, where necessary, the consequences of not installing them. This is not a promise to support every future device or system indefinitely, nor a restriction of rights relating to content or services already purchased.
Changes to what is supplied beyond those needed to maintain conformity may be made only where the contract and the law permit them, and for a valid reason: addressing a documented security threat or abuse, complying with a legal obligation, or adapting to documented changes to iOS or services necessary for the app to work. Changes must not be used to arbitrarily remove paid entitlements. This does not create a right to modify a one-off supply where the law prohibits it. Such a change does not itself result in an additional charge.
We explain changes clearly. If a change has a material negative effect on access or use within the meaning of the applicable law, we provide the required information about its features, timing and your rights sufficiently in advance on a durable medium. Where the Polish Consumer Rights Act applies, you can in such a case terminate the contract without notice within 30 days of the change or, if later, being informed of it. The applicable exception concerns providing the unchanged content or service, in conformity with the contract, at no additional cost. You retain the applicable statutory settlement rights; other applicable rights or more favourable periods remain in force.
We do not retrospectively change the terms of completed purchases or delete the archive solely because Pro has ended. We date each new version of these terms and describe the changes. Merely publishing the text on the website or continuing to use the app does not replace consent or notification where the law requires them. The privacy policy describes data processing separately.
